While we are moving through summer of 2021, the level of uncertainty concerning whether Rotary will be able to provide the same human connection that Rotary members experienced in the in the past persists. Although the phrase "hands-in-space" is undoubtedly part of our everyday routine It is clear that confidence is growing and there are more face-toface interactions. Rotary is evolving.
